Time Management

Meeting held on : 10th January 2024

In the tapestry of our recent gathering on January 10, 2024, TM Dani stood as the focal point, weaving an engaging narrative enriched with life experiences and valuable insights. My sincere appreciation extends to TM Hamnah, TM Musa, TM Yahya, and TM Abdul Hadi, each flawlessly
executing their roles as Timer, Grammarian, Ah Counter, and Vote Counter. The evening commenced with DTM Waqas delivering an enlightening speech on travel, seamlessly blending facts with the personal narrative of his journey through the northern parts of Pakistan. Subsequently, TM Yahya marked his introduction with an exceptional icebreaker, setting a high standard for future engagements.

Transitioning into the Table Topics session, TM Hassan skillfully presented thought-provoking questions that spurred eloquent responses from our speakers. The collective exchange of ideas transformed the room into a hub of intellectual exploration. As the meeting progressed into the evaluation segment, DTM Waqas took the reins, guiding TM Hamnah and TM Hamza through constructive feedback on their respective speeches. TM Muhammad Saleh, as the Table Topic Evaluator, adeptly provided nuanced evaluations, commendations, and areas for improvement.
The meeting leaders contributed their reports, offering valuable insights into the proceedings. The session concluded with a collective reflection, facilitated by TM Hamza, prompting each participant to share their key takeaways. This moment of introspection served as a fitting conclusion,
fostering a sense of shared growth and camaraderie.

In the closing act, a group photo captured the essence of our successful meeting, immortalizing the collective achievements and learnings of the evening.

The recent meeting was truly memorable, featuring standout performances from our role players. TM Hamnah kicked off the session, followed by our president TM Hamza, who welcomed the guest and introduced the Toastmaster of the day, TM Musa.

TM Musa captivated the audience with exceptional storytelling and shared insightful life experiences. Meeting leaders included TM Hamza as the timer, TM Yahya as the Ah counter, and the Vote counter, with TM Hassan serving as the Grammarian.

In the first segment, we had four speakers. TM Hassan delivered a humorous speech on procrastination, leaving the audience in stitches. TM Hadi gave an impressive icebreaker, sharing personal anecdotes and experiences. TM Yahya explored the pros and cons of technology, providing a speech rich in facts and real-life examples. Our young guest, Wahi Waqas, showcased her passion for art, making her speech truly engaging.

Table topics, led by TM Hamnah, brought forth thought-provoking questions, and speakers excelled in this segment, adding another layer to the unforgettable meeting. In the evaluation segment, TM Hamza called upon evaluators for each speaker, and constructive feedback was given. DTM Waqas provided excellent evaluations for the table topics. Meeting leaders delivered their reports, culminating in an overall meeting report.

The meeting concluded with the announcement of segment winners, adding a touch of excitement to the event.

A public service message.

"If friends disappoint you over and over, that's in large part your own fault. Once someone has shown a tendency to be self-centered, you need to recognize that and take care of yourself; people aren't going to change simply because you want them to."
