Dear Toastmasters,
Assalam o Alaikum and Good Morning:
Please find attached the weekly meeting Agenda for the next week event. The theme for this meeting is "Happiness". I request all the members to come with preparation, with enthusiasm and share the "Happiness" with other toastmasters. If anybody wants to deliver a general speech for this theme, we cordially welcome them.
I have assigned the roles as per my understanding and I need a confirmation from all of you asap. Please do reply at your earliest convenience.

Arabian Stallions Club's Weekly Meeting Report (20/07/2010)
Dear toastmasters,
Good Morning:
First of all, I would like to congratulate all the toastmasters for a wonderful and one of the best meetings we ever had. Yesterday it was a great session.
Our most experienced and young TM Naveed Hussain opened the meeting by welcoming everyone and informing the guests all about Toastmasters. The theme for the meeting was "Emphasis". Our new member TM Khaled took an important role as Vote Counter.
Our word of the day was 'Imperative' presented by TM Miraj, and our two prepared speakers were introducted by TM Ahmad Zaitoun.
TM Ahmad Zaitoun gave us some wonderful tips for being more effective and how to become a great communicator and leader.
The Table Topics session led by TM Miraj was a great opportunity for speech and knowledge. TM Miraj reminded us of the importance of impromptu speaking skills. He gave participants very simple yet excellent questions . I'm sure all participants benefited from the experience and the Best Table Topic Speaker award went to TM Waqas.
TM Hussam and TM Waqas delivered their prepared speeches. Congratulations to TM Hussam for a perfect speech. He completed his 5 Projects and was awarded half CC and best speaker awards. He spoke about the importance of listening. We have been two ears and only one mouth. We have ot use our ears more than the mouth. If we use the mouth more, we will become deaf.
Two Guests TM Hassan and TM Bismil provided their valuable feedback at the end of the meeting and showed their willingness to join the club. TM Hassan delivered a marvelous speech on the "Role and Importance of Old people in the society".
The table topic session was evaluated by TM Ahmad Zaitoun and the prepared speeches were evaluated by TM Naveed Hussain. A big round of applause for TM Naveed Hussain for his wonderful evaluation. The Evaluation Chairman TM Ahmad Zaitoun (CC and Past President of Arabian Stallions Club) found the meeting enjoyable and very motivational.
