DTAC 2011 - Amman, Jordan.



The District Toastmasters Annual Conference (DTAC) held in Amman, Jordan was a huge success! All the contestants gave their best. It was indeed a great achievement by the District 79 Governor, TM Uma Radhakrishnan, DTM. All her efforts paid off. She has been an example for the future leaders to follow. The District 79 motto Refining Quality, Defining Leadership and Re-defining Service was seen in action in Amman!
A delegation of the following officers from Arabian Stallions attended the DTAC Conference to represent their Club.

3. Miraj Din - Treasurer/Secretary

Here is the list of winners at DTAC 2011.
Of special note is the 1st place winner in International – TM Vikas Menon of DIC Club (Dubai Internet City) under Division B. He will be representing District 79 at the battle to determine the World Champion of Public Speaking to be held in Las Vegas, USA.
Congrats to TM Ibrahim Tholuka Meeran being the First runner-up in Humorous speech contest at DTAC 2011, Jordan.
The Lieutenant Governor Education and Training (LGET), TM Khalid AlQoud, DTM had this to say "A championship team is a team of champions and we District 79 has the champions that I'm sure that they will rock Toastmasters International stage, I'm sure that you all had a wonderful DTAC in Jordan and now its that time for you all to sure the winners names with your club members."
